We offer secure national delivery services throughout Australia using trusted courier providers including StarTrack and TNT.
- Free shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $1,500
- Orders under AUD $1,500 incur a flat shipping fee of AUD $50
- Deliveries are fully packaged with care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely
- Australia Post Express service is available for customers who prefer postal delivery or require shipment to a PO Box
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
International Shipping
OM Gold & Diamonds offers international delivery through FedEx for secure and reliable worldwide shipping.
International Shipping Terms
- International shipping fee: AUD $350
- Duties, taxes and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient
- We do not ship directly to India, however, alternative arrangements may be available upon request
- We currently do not offer shipping services to African or South American countries
- In cases where shipping is arranged to restricted regions, all responsibility, including customs clearance and delivery risks, must be accepted by the recipient
